These terms govern your use of the E-shop and any purchases made through it. By browsing, registering and/or placing an order you accept these terms.

3. Products Sold Online – Restrictions

The E-shop offers cosmetics, parapharmacy items, food supplements, OTC products (non-prescription) and medical devices.
Prescription medicines are not sold online and prescriptions are not accepted or fulfilled through the E-shop.

· Website content is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute medical or pharmaceutical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
· Always read the product label/leaflet and consult a doctor or pharmacist where appropriate.

5. Eligibility – Age Requirement

Purchases are available to individuals aged 18+. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older.

6. Prices – VAT – Minimum Order

Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Minimum order value: €30 (shipping costs excluded).

7. Payments

Payment methods: Card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payments are processed securely via JCC. We do not store full card details. A retail receipt is issued for each order.

8. Orders – Contract Formation

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once you receive a dispatch/shipping confirmation.
