Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery, in line with applicable consumer law.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused and returned in original condition.
• Original packaging, labels and safety seals must be intact.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions (health/hygiene/unsealing)

• No withdrawal/return for items unsealed after delivery where return is not suitable due to health protection or hygiene.
• Opened/unsealed cosmetics, personal care items or unsealed food supplements are not returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

Who pays return shipping

• Withdrawal (no fault): return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• Incorrect/defective item (our fault): return/replacement shipping costs are paid by Fuse Pharmacies.

How to return

• Contact eshop@fusepharmacies.com with your order number and the item(s).
• We will provide return instructions.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
