Usage

Apply generously all over the face, even on difficult areas like the eyes, forehead, and mouth. Apply a sufficient amount of sunscreen. For an adult face, apply one spoonful of sunscreen. Apply 20-30 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every 2 hours, or immediately after swimming or exercising.
