Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. The omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to maintenance of normal brain function. Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin, niacin, vitamin C and magnesium contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin C and vitamin E, as well as zinc and selenium contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
