Ingredients

Whole grain wheat, milk, apple, banana, orange, Bifidus.

Usage

Prepare with boiled water. Mix 5 tablespoons of cereal powder with 100ml of warm water until well combined. Serve at room temperature (around 55°C). Do not add milk as it is already included in the cereal.
