Usage

1. Press the safety cap upwards until it breaks the seal and then remove it.

2. Move the safety cap to the opening direction and take out the plug.

3. Remove the aluminum cover.

4. Use the measuring spoon and level on the packaging to ensure accurate dosing of powder.

5. Put the plug back in its original position and close the cap.

In 1 cup with 180ml water, add 5 measuring spoons of Frisogrow and stir well (200ml ready-to-drink formula). The Frisogrow dissolves easily in cold or warm water. The temperature of the water should not exceed 40°C to keep the beneficial probiotic bacteria active.

1 measuring spoon = 6g powder

Suggested daily dose: 2-3 cups (200ml each)

The drink must be consumed within 1 hour from preparation time.
