Instructions: Shake well before use. Can be consumed either as is or diluted in hot water, as an herbal tea:

Children between 3 and 6 years old: 5 ml, 2 times a day (=10 ml)
Children between 6 and 12 years old: 5 ml, 4 times a day (=20 ml)
Adolescents and adults: 10 ml, 3 times a day (=30 ml)

Before opening, store preferably in a dry and dark place, between 15 and 25°C. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume the product within one month.
