Silica Complete is a specially designed formula by the Scientific Department of Lamberts for the health of the skin, nails and hair, as it contains all those micronutrients which are proven to contribute to the health of the skin and its structures (hair and nails).

It specifically contains:
- Zinc: contributes to maintaining the health of hair and nails
- Biotin: contributes to maintaining skin health
- Vitamin C: contributes to the normal synthesis of collagen.

Collagen is the main and most important protein of the human skin and at the same time the most important protein of the human body. Specifically, it is the protein that forms the connective tissue in tissues such as skin, hair, nails, ligaments, articular cartilage, muscles and capillaries.
