Lamberts Vitamin D3 2000iu dietary supplement with vitamin D 2000iu provides 50mg of the important micronutrient in the preferred and natural form of D3 (cholecalciferol), which is the most easily absorbable form.

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that can be obtained through the diet or synthesized by the body following exposure of the skin to sunlight (UVB).
Recommended for:
- the elderly, especially for those with a reduced intake of nutrients
- anyone who has little or no sun exposure.

Most of the vitamin D is produced after exposure of the skin to sunlight. However, many people do not produce the necessary amounts of vitamin D because the sun's ability to contribute to the synthesis of vitamin D in the skin is affected by:
