Lamberts Methyl B Complex 60 Tabs

Methyl B Complex by Lamberts is a specialized nutritional formula with all the vitamins of the B complex, which provides:
- folic acid in the form of methylfolate (or 5-MTHF) which is the natural form of folic acid, as found in food (green vegetables).
- Vitamin B6 in the form of Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (P5P), which is the active form of B6
- Vitamin B12 in the form of methylcobalamin, which is the form of B12 with maximum absorption and bioavailability.

Several of the vitamins of the B complex participate in strengthening the immune system, combating fatigue and maintaining normal psychological function.
