Vogel Agnus Castus (Chaste Tree) 50ml

A. Vogel Agnus Castus tincture contains fresh organic agnus castus, an herb used for the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome in women.

Studies have shown that agnus castus has a hormonal effect and specifically acts on the pituitary gland, increasing estrogen-related progesterone levels, inhibiting the hormone prolactin.

The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee for Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of agnus castus as a traditional herbal remedy for relieving the symptoms of PMS.

The active ingredient of the herb has been used for more than 10 years. Its effectiveness and safety are now documented and accepted by the EMA.
