Sedistress Sleep by Tilman is a dietary supplement used to relieve mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.
With dry valerian extract.

The active substance is dry extract from Valerian root (Valeriana ofcinalis L.). Each tablet contains 500 mg of Valerian dry extract, equivalent to 2 g – 3 g of Valerian root.

How to use:
The recommended dose for adults and adolescents from 12 years is:

For relief of mild nervous tension, take 1 tablet up to 3 times daily.
For relief of sleep disorders, take 1 tablet half to one hour before bedtime, with an earlier dose during the evening if necessary.

Do not exceed a dose of 4 tablets per day.
The tablets should be swallowed with some water. Do not chew.

In order to achieve an optimal treatment e?ect, continued use over 2-4 weeks is recommended.
Speak to a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen after 2 weeks of continued use.
